THRUST Tourism caters to every type of receptive structure , from the Luxury segment to the more basic (e.g. Resorts, Villages, Hotels, Camping, SPAs ,bathing establishments) in the search and selection of qualified personnel. In its proprietary database there are the most in-demand figures according to the classification provided by the CCNL of the tourism sector, which provides 10 professional levels, in which are included, for each one, different professional skills and to which correspond as many salary levels. In a nutshell, framework A for management functions and framework B for operators divided into 7 levels of job functions.

Employees in the tourism and hospitality sector can have both permanent and seasonal employment contracts (the treatment of seasonal employees is the same as for permanent employees), which provide for 13th and 14th month pay. As for the working week, this is set at five and a half days, generally distributed over one or two shifts, depending on the specific tasks. To work in a hotel, it is preferable, but not necessary, to have a diploma from a hotel institute or a professional qualification in the sector. THRUST Group is continuously looking for staff in the sector to update its database and to support them in their job search and placement.
