We decided to found THRUST in 2018, after two years of incubation, as a limited company that offers consultancy and services to companies on the organization, management and development of Human Resources.
First HR Think Tank in Italy, we conduct research and studies on innovative HR management models to be proposed to companies following the logic of Research/ Action/ Participation. Within the company operate integrated teams of senior experts in various sectors, innovative millennials, academics and researchers who are structured into Business Units.
